1. Owner of the site and the service

As a sole trader, the owner is not registered with the Spanish Companies Registry. The activity is not subject to prior administrative authorisation or professional licensing.

2. Purpose

Xivalo is an online service that lets a company connect its sources of knowledge — documents, public website, voice notes, calls, meetings — and query them with the help of artificial intelligence. The conditions of use are set out in the Terms of Service; the processing of personal data in the Privacy Policy; and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The Xivalo name, the design of the site, the code and the content created by the owner are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The material each company uploads to the service remains its own, as described in the Terms of Service. No licence over the elements of the site is granted beyond what is needed to use it.

4. Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site and is not liable for damage caused by interruptions, viruses or errors outside its control. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only and the owner is not responsible for their content.

5. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts corresponding to the owner's domicile, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that consumer law grants to consumers.
